Sale Terms
All items sell to the highest bidder. All sales are final. Announcements made on auction day take precedence over any printed or online information.
Payment
Payment is due in full on auction day.

No items will be released until payment has been received and cleared.
Buyer Responsibility
All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties or guarantees.
Buyers are responsible for inspecting items prior to bidding.
Removal of Items
Buyers are responsible for loading and removal of all purchases.
All items must be removed within the time announced on auction day.
Items become the responsibility of the buyer immediately upon purchase.
Livestock Terms
All livestock sells to the highest bidder.
Buyers are responsible for transportation and care immediately after purchase.
Liability
Midwest Ranch LLC and auction staff are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of property.
All persons attend at their own risk.
